Pet Policy 寵物規則

A sanctuary for all, The Murray invites guests to indulge in precious bonding moments with their furry best friends. A pet-friendly al fresco dining experience awaits.

As much as we strive to take care of our four-legged friends, we do ask for your assistance to observe a few obligations to ensure the comfort and pleasure of our other human guests.

- Pets are allowed at The Tai Pan Terrace, and the outdoor seatings of The Tai Pan, Garden Lounge and Murray Lane.

- Pets, except for guide dogs, are restricted from entering the hotel lobby, Spa, gymnasium and swimming pool, and are not allowed in the indoor areas of restaurants and bars.

- Pets are restricted from entering our guest rooms.

- Pets must be fully trained and appropriately restrained by the guest.

- Pets must be kept on a leash, or in a carrier, when inside the hotel or within the hotel premises.

- Pets are not allowed on sofas or chairs in the public areas.

- Guests must ensure that their pets does not bark or make noise continuously or too often.

- Guests are liable for any damage or noise caused by the pet during their meal. A cleaning fee will be applied for any damage caused.

- Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet on the hotel premises and in the neighbourhood.

•    The Tai Pan、Garden Lounge 和 Murray Lane 之戶外座位，以及 The Tai Pan Terrace 歡迎寵物進入。

•    除導盲犬外，寵物不可進入酒店大堂、水療中心、健身中心、游泳池、餐廳及酒吧之室內範圍。

•    寵物不可進入客房內。

•    寵物必須經過訓練及全程受控於客人。

•    寵物在酒店範圍內必須繫繩或以寵物車或袋運載。

•    請勿將寵物置於酒店公眾範圍之梳化或椅子上。

•    客人必須確保寵物不可持續或經常吠叫或發出噪音。

•    如寵物於用餐期間作出破壞或發出噪音，客人需負上責任。如有任何損壞，酒店將收取清潔費。

•    如寵物弄污酒店範圍或周遭環境，客人需負責收拾善後。
